To All of the Center for Independent Living Southwest Kansas staff, consumers, and affiliated parties:

I would like to officially announce and present to you Q. Dea Kent as your Chief Executive Officer. Last night, the board approved unanimously, Dea Kent as your C.E.O.

I would like to thank Ms. Kent, and all of you, for your hard work … your compassion to the Center … your compassion to those we serve.

All of you have made the CILSWKS a premier organization recognized throughout this country. This is a credit to all of you and your dedication.

We will continue to grow and serve with the compassion of God in our hearts.
